Appointments:
- I am currently seeing clients at my Beachwood office at 3681 S. Green Road, Suite 406, Beachwood, Ohio 44122. My office hours are Saturdays from 10-6pm and some Wednesdays from 6-8pm.
- Please call me to schedule an initial appointment. For follow up appointments, please call or text me (216) 789-7319 or email me at FourElementsCounseling@gmail.com to schedule, change or cancel an appointment.
- When an appointment is scheduled, that time is reserved for you. In order to accommodate all clients who wish to be seen and as a courtesy to other clients who may wish to reserve the same time slot, all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation made within 24 hours notice will be billed in full.
- Any appointment for which there is a no show will be billed in full.
Fees:
- Sixty minute intake/follow up is $120
- Ninety minute follow up is $160
- Sixty minute reiki session is $65
Payment:
- Payments are to be covered in full at the time of your visit. I accept cash and credit cards. Please note there will be a $5 surcharge for all credit card charges.
- I am currently an in network provider with Medical Mutual. Please contact your insurance to either verify coverage with me through Medical Mutual or for out of network benefits. If you request, I will provide you with a superbill at the end of your visit which you may give to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

- In case of an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
